Mariam did an incredible job getting me in and out and I was able to 6 vegan chocolate cupcakes for a birthday celebration. They were also able to provide me gold birthday candles that goes with a colorful gold theme decoration. Thank you. Great customer service and I look forward to returning again soon 😌💫✨

I’ve been walking by this place for months but finally popped in. Oh my deliciousness! 🤩I haven’t eaten baked goods this amazing in forever! I can’t even tell you which was my favorite, the cookie, the brookie, the cupcake? It’s all good! But even better, the staff are just as sweet. Put them on your list folks!

We ordered Mother’s Day themed cupcakes last week. At the last minute, due to a scheduling conflict we changed it from pick up to messenger delivery. Craig was so patient and responsive — even when I kept emailing because I wasn’t sure how the messenger service worked. The cupcakes arrived during a provided time window and they were so beautiful. I had even ordered an extra one single cupcake on the side so that I could sneak one cupcake in before Mother’s Day. These cupcakes were heaven. I was never a cupcake fan until I tried Baked Cravings. The most delicious cupcakes ever! Also, they’re nut free and coconut free! What a gem! I also used to live on Upper East Side before moving to Queens and had tried their brownies & cookies through DoorDash before and OMG they’re delicious too. Everything in this store is delicious. So good. I highly recommend this bakery for when you’re feeling like eating sweets or for when you want to plan a big event.

This is the first time I went in this bakery with my 2 daughters. We smell the baked good as we past by and we decided to go in. The girl on the counter had a bad attitude. When we place our order she looked very annoy and upset. Honestly the cookie and brownie were amazing. But the customer services really was bad. That the only reason I gave 4 star

I was very surprised of the quality of my cake based on such good reviews. However the cake was very dry , and very tough to cut . I requested strawberry filling and the middle consisted of a very thick pink filling similar to the icing on the outside of the cake and it was ALOT of it in the middle . It was not strawberry filling. Spent $80 with hopes my daughter would have a moist vanilla cake with actual strawberry filling . Very disappointed . I’m leaving two stars because the cupcakes in the store were okay.
