★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Delicious donuts. Store could be cleaner and better organized (boxes stacked everywhere and nowhere to sit/eat), and fridge should be stocked for customers. Would love some music as the store can fill up quickly and become loud. Service was ok, nothing special. I give it 5/5 because it’s a small business that is still working out the kinks. Food was great. I’d recommend practicing great customer service every time for customer retention.
July 19 · B HatGreat donuts but this is a high demand product. Usually sells out midafternoon!
May 31 · Nathan VeyBeen a Cary (or is that technically Raleigh?) customer for some time and glad to have them closer to my home! Service is great. It is quick and they get you in and out. Prices are great and when they sell out they close and they do close early often, so get there early. The store is well kept and clean. Yes. There are stacks of empty donut boxes. This would be weird if it weren’t a donut shop, but since it is this should bother no one. No. There is no place to sit because it’s counter service only. You go in, you buy the really delicious donuts and you leave. It’s a Ron Swanson approved transaction. Another note, the donuts even taste good on day two…if they make it that long in your house.
August 12 · Meghann BaynonRun don't walk and get yourself some of the best donuts in the triangle. Bakers Dozen just opened in Apex and the Apple Fritters and honestly rest of donuts are just yummy!
May 22 · QueenBorgAfter hearing about a Baker's Dozen, I had to give them a try. I was in line on a Sunday by 7:30am thinking that was early enough. There was already a line of about 9 people patiently waiting in the store. There was one lady taking the orders and packaging up all the donut goodies. The shop is very simple and no frills. Trays of freshly made donuts , pricing signage and plain white cardboard boxes with the name of the business stamped on them. I heard about the famous apple fritters however they were already gone. I opted for 6 donuts and a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was actually my favorite! They serve classic yeast donuts with glazed toppings, chocolate, sprinkles etc and also cake donuts. The twists also looked really good. Some people got donut holes and the line moved quickly. I haven't been to any other Baker's Dozen locations so can't compare however these are very tasty donuts and can see why people wait patiently in line for these boxes of goodness!
