Love this location and their seating area. Owner and staff are very chill and attentive, but also very kind! I have ordered everything bagel with scallion cream cheese, cinnamon raisin bagel, and onion bagel. These were great, though I kind of wish the cinnamon raisin bagel had a tad more raisin (I know… I’m strange). The cream cheese is different for sure and I’m not used to it… it’s not bad, but i feel like it tastes a bit salty? I like the sodium in cream cheese to be little less noticeable, though maybe that’s just my own preference. Either way, it’s a great bagel spot with kick ass coffee. I’m rooting for this business!

I’ve searched high and low to find the best bagel in Philly and I finally found it! As a Jersey boy I know good bagels, as a kid we had a Jewish bakery around the corner and we would get bagels from there every Sunday. Bart’s brings back that old nostalgic feeling. The bagel is crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Their cream cheeses are top tier! Also if you like chicken salad their chicken sale club is great and so is their tuna chip! If you want an old school bagel this is your spot!

Bart’s is the best! Delicious bagels, sandwiches, spreads, and side options. Their south Philly store features a nice, open entryway with a big menu on the side listing all their current bagel types. Sadly, their everything egg bagels were sold out because of the current eggsanity happening here in the US.Instead, I got a sausage, egg, and cheddar sandwich on their weekly special of a garlic-oregano bagel. It was delicious! I also ordered a hashbrown and what turned out to be one of the most delicious brown butter chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had! Highly recommend!The outside also featured a nice patio sitting area, but it was a bit too cold and windy to enjoy it.Everyone at the store was delightful and helpful with all my questions. Can’t wait to go back again!

I ordered the "Old School Whitefish" bagel through uber eats and though I thought I selected an everything bagel in the app it turns out I selected the "Assortment" button which basically allows the shop to choose the bagel flavor for you. Tell me why some funny guy in the kitchen took the liberty to put a whitefish salad on a CINNAMON RAISIN bagel? The bagel was like $15 and I cant eat it and I don't think I need to elaborate on why this is childish behavior.

It’s becoming my weekend ritual to come here and eat a lox cream cheese bagel and cold brew. The staff is great, and their system for the pick up counter seems to work efficiently! The outside patio is so nice when there is an open spot. See you all next Saturday! ❤️🥯
