Their customer service is unacceptable. They treat customers poorly and lack basic courtesy. If you accidentally drop a piece of bread, they will charge you for it, which is completely unreasonable. To make matters worse, they throw the bread in the trash without allowing you to recover it. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also extremely unkind.

I picked out 4 entirely different looking pastries and a Diet Coke. The pastries all tasted like indistinguishable, stale, sugar bread. My total was $5. Diet Coke was cold and delicious.

I highly recommend this humble and tasty place. Super fresh and loaded with filling. These guys don't joke around with quality. Most places put a dab of filling in their bread, but these folks make sure you get plenty of it. Super amazing pan dulce.

This was our go- to bakery when we were closer to this place. Their bread was good, but the donuts were lowered in quality by 2021, which it became doughy. Now we haven’t gone here for over a month because we moved a bit far from here last year.

I’ll be 100% honest…I have never walked into a bakery and been surrounded by so many large and spectacularly sized pastries and desserts. Many of the options are larger than the size of my face! The sweet and fresh baked smells inside of Bonito Michoacan is almost overwhelming..in a GREAT way! Grab a large platter, grab some tongs, and start picking out your favorite sweet treats with a cultural spin. You can also purchase fun items for parties and events such as pinatas, candy baskets, specially made cakes, and more.
