★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Bread Alone – BoicevilleWe stopped here after our go-to diner had too long a wait, and it ended up being a great choice. I got the spicy green egg sandwich with chorizo, and it was fantastic—flavorful, well-balanced, and just the right amount of heat. Even though the place was busy, it was well-organized, very clean, and the staff kept things running smoothly. Everyone was friendly, and the whole vibe was welcoming. Definitely a solid spot whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or hanging out a bit before getting back on the road. Highly recommended!
March 25 · Troy GordonStopped in for coffee originally but decided to grab something to eat. Who knew something as simple as an egg and cheese sandwich which smashed avocado could be so incredible? I will be going back again before we head back home from this trip. Also, unrelated really, but I loved the colorful tiles in the bathroom.
April 15 · Kait DarlingStopped in to see what they had and grabbed a loaf of sesame sourdough, carrot cake, and a chocolate chunk cookie. Desserts were delicious, crust of the bread was a bit overdone which made it tough but the flavor was great. Going to stop back and try a different type before we leave.
June 19 · Noelle SaladinI had been looking forward to visiting Bread Alone Bakery for some time. Today, I finally had the chance and ordered the Spicy Green Egg Sandwich to go. However, upon opening it in my car, I found a burnt, dry sandwich lacking any spiciness. It consisted of two fried eggs, a small amount of arugula, and a long piece of scallion. It was too late for me to turn around and return it. The burnt bread was inedible, so I had to discard it and was left with just the eggs and arugula. Given that bread is their specialty, this was really disappointing.
March 22 · Subadra MuruganOnly available gluten free option was the wrap, which is not made in house. I got a plain fried egg in a wrap, which was good for what it was however a piece of hair was found in it. My friends got the spicy egg breakfast sandwich and enjoyed! The water cups as note were not clean and smelled like dirty dishwater.
