For any Washington user visiting Brownies and Bites, the choice must start with a signature item that perfectly blends the bakery’s expertise with customer acclaim.
The **Tiramisu Brownie** is highly recommended. This specialty item showcases the bakery’s ability to combine the richness of a fudgy, dense brownie with the sophisticated, coffee-infused layers of the classic Italian dessert. Customers consistently praise it as incredibly fudgey and soft. It’s a perfect example of how the 'Brownie' is elevated to a gourmet dessert experience.
Following that, the coffee bar is absolutely worth utilizing. Since the bakery offers a full range of espresso beverages—from an **Espresso** shot to a creamy **Latte**—it allows you to pair your intense chocolate dessert with a beautifully crafted, traditional coffee. Many reviewers suggest that the beverages are the perfect counterpoint to the sweetness of the brownies, creating a balanced and thoroughly satisfying break.
Finally, take advantage of the variety and choose a **Blondie** (such as the **Cinnamon Roll Blondie**) alongside a traditional brownie. This allows you to compare and appreciate the distinct textures and flavors—the rich, dark chocolate of the brownie versus the buttery, vanilla-laced chewiness of the blondie—in one visit. By choosing Brownies and Bites, you are not only satisfying a craving but also supporting a local Seattle business dedicated to quality, inclusivity, and fair wages.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The s'more brownie is amazing, it's sweetness is balanced with sophisticated toasted coffee like flavors in a gooey brownie. Only complaint is my mint brownie promised it to be studded with mint candies inside but it seems to be just topped and doesn't match how good the s'more brownie is.
August 10 · Alan WongThe brownies taste like how you would imagine good brownies should taste like. Portions seem small but they are filling.I tried the hazelnut, salty caramel, and tiramisu brownies and they were all good. I didn't like the peanut butter one that much. Cappuccino was decent.I like that it's a tip-free place, which is something we need more of.
January 29 · Abdullah Yusuf KavranoğluI was excited to try these brownies and I was beyond disappointed. The chocolate pb brownie was drier than a popeyes biscuit. The hazelnut brownie, the carmel brownie, and the red velvet cookie were chewy and tasted like straight butter. I was expecting a chocolate flavor but it was just not there and they had a burnt flavor. I will not be coming back. If I'm paying $6 make it worth the $6.
May 17 · Miguel Lopez LuisA truly wonderful little sweets shop. The brownies are quite luscious, and the cookies are so soft and gooey. There is not much ambience here, and there is not really a good opportunity to sit down and enjoy the space anyway. This is a place where one buys the cookie or brownie and eats it elsewhere, which is fine, but I do wish that there had been a little more style to the place in order to fit the delicious desserts offered. Still, these are true delights to savor, to enjoy slowly and deliberately, and the service is thoughtful and considerate, often throwing in free food. The prices seemed somewhat high, but when one factors in how frequently freebies are delivered, complaining is difficult. I personally received a delicious red velvet cookie on top of the creamy m&m cookie I already ordered, and I greatly enjoyed both. The lack of seating also helps the space handle the large crowds that I hear it receives: I chatted with the employee as I ordered, and he told me that the place becomes quite crowded around the evenings. When I came, on midday on a weekday, pretty close to lunch time, the place was quite empty, much to my surprise. These cookies are true treasures of Fremont, and I cannot recommend them enough.
January 17 · Joshua FaganI wish there was a little place to sit, but other than that it was wonderful. The brownies are great with yummy flavors, and the worker was so sweet! She gave us free brownie edges, which is such a great way to cut down on food waste. The salted caramel was our favorite - it was extra fudgy.
