★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1OMG..Finally a local bakery that doesn't suck! Seriously- these guys are old school..the only thing they don't do on site is the bread. All cookies, cakes, pies etc are made there and the taste and quality is excellent. You will know when you take a first bite that this is the real deal- not grocery store. They have a european coffee machine so they do euro-class coffee drinks. I had a latte and it was great. Awesome! We will most definately be back.
January 09 · Cary GTheir baked goods are good, but that's if you even get the opportunity to order. The woman at the counter is the rudest person I've ever encountered, and she does not understand customer service at all. She acts annoyed that you are there, unless of course she personally knows you. She ignores customers who walk in, refuses simple orders, and is just not friendly. I have been in there multiple times to see if maybe she was having a bad day to try and give her another chance. Nope, she is just a rude condescending person. Highly suggest going somewhere else where they value their customers.
February 19 · Melissa BaumannGreat customer service! They accidentally gave me the wrong cake for my husband’s birthday, and Luigi went out of his way to make it right with me. He let me customize a new cake and tailored it to my husband’s liking and it was delicious. Such a nice guy and definitely great business!
November 05 · Jessica GentilePiccolo has been here for over 25 years and consistently puts out the best dessert in Putnam county. This has always been an immediate go to for breakfast and any special occasion for cakes and cookies. Today I got some rainbow cookies and a lobster tail. Everything was tasty and fresh. This has been and presumably will always be a family business and with that provides an air of comfort. The interior is very clean with amazing display cases for dessert. If you have a sweet tooth this is the place to satisfy it. Nothing will disappoint you.
October 13 · Matt VvvHorrible service the young girl working behind the counter did not tie the pie boxes correctly and wanted to place the pie boxes in the plastic bag vertically. I had to show her how to place the pie boxes in the plastic bag correct so it would not ruin the pies. I know it's the busy holiday season but all patrons deserve excellent customer service which she did not provide.
