Love this place. Recently purchased a six pack and was not satisfied with the quality of the product so I returned it. I contacted the store the manager answered. He kindly addressed the issue and further explained the process. He didn’t hesitate to replace the buns. I’d recommend the store without hesitation.

Manager (or I believe he was the manager, seemed like he was in charge) was so rude and all about the money. He was so disrespectful to a disabled man in a wheelchair and told him that he “needed to move because you are in the way”. So awful!

Gene the manager, is super nice and he’s great at his job. The food was great and the coffee was really good. I would totally recommend, if you like really delicious cinnamon rolls then Cinnabon is the place for you. I hope to visit in the near future again. 1000% recommend.
