★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This were a special...4 for 15 she said, just cold! However she forgot to say they were hard and stale. Probably sitting from the night before. I will not be returning to the cinnamonster again all they care about is making a sale with whatever product they can sell. They have ruined a perfectly good product and the reputation of a great brand.
August 26 · Takin PortreatsCinnamonster is a win! I bought a cinnamon roll for my sister to celebrate her first baby and of course one for myself—and we were both blown away. It was soft, gooey, and packed with flavor, honestly even better than Cinnabon! It made the moment special for her. Highly recommend treating yourself here—you won’t regret it!
April 24 · Kia DaisleyTried this place for the first time the other day. I had a craving for cinnamon buns and didn’t feel like making my own. Yes, I love cinnamon buns enough to have my own perfected recipe. My love for them goes back to childhood having Cinnabon in the mall but peaked about 20 years ago when Entenmann’s made those giant buns for sale in grocery stores. It was a sad day when they stopped making them which is why I needed my own recipe. There is a very specific flavor and cinnamon/sugar ratio. Not to mention the right amount of gooey icing. Now about Cinnamonster, understanding I never expected them to meet or beat my own recipe, there was some issues I believe you should know about if you’re expecting something specific like what I was. First, the appearance. If you look at their website or even my own pictures these buns seem like they will be perfect. They look big and filled with gooey cinnamon and icing. They seem to be exactly what you would want, by appearance. But unfortunately, looks are all these have, and they have missed the mark on their flavor profile. Now if you don’t normally eat buns that often you will probably enjoy these and not know what you’re missing. But if you, like me, have a specific traditional flavor you’re expecting, prepare to be disappointed. Now I will say this was my first time at Cinnamonster and maybe someone was off their game and didn’t prepare the buns right. I do expect to visit again soon to test this, but here are the problems I see.First and most noticeable was the initial flavor. I didn’t taste cinnamon, and I didn’t taste sugar. What I got was what I believe was an overly buttery flavor. However, I’m not sure it was real butter, it had an almost lemony flavor to it. Inspecting the bun, it was clear the reason for this was because the filling was not spread fully on the dough before rolling. This left the outer rings light on flavor. Some parts even had no filling and was all bread. You could see the bare patches if you unrolled the bun. This is my only complaint of the actual construction of the bun. The rest of my issue is simply about quantity of ingredients. These buns need more flavor, meaning more filling and more icing. I would say they need to at least double everything to fix these things. I ordered a four pack and did share with other who also noticed these issues, so at least I know it wasn’t my own bias.I recommend these only if you can’t find a better bakery somewhere or make your own. However, they are on the better end of the spectrum as far as commercialize cinnamon buns are concerned. But that’s a low bar these days.
December 30 · William LewisThey are terrible. Never open on time and can barely understand what you’re saying or what you want. I got here at 1030 am. After yelling hello 12 times a lady comes from the back and say that they open at 7 . She put up 2 fingers and walked back to the back. Nothing else
March 01 · Ronald Harris“Looks can be deceiving” seen these what I thought was delicious cinnamon rolls, but turned out to be a hard and buttered down mess. I was so disappointed and to top it all off they charge .75 for pecans so I wasted $6.25 for this. Will not buy from here again rip off!!!
