Colomba Bakery’s appeal is built on a foundation of quality and comfort. The coffee, sourced from beans roasted by Colombe, is a major draw. A standout item, the oat milk draft latte, has been described as "phenomenal," a testament to the bakery’s commitment to offering top-tier beverages. But the menu extends far beyond coffee. The food offerings, from "super fresh" croissants to paninis with "excellent ingredients," are a significant part of the experience. The care taken in preparing each item is evident, with a focus on freshness and quality that resonates with customers. The inclusion of a small lunch menu, featuring items like spinach pie, ensures that the bakery can serve a wide range of needs, from a simple morning pastry to a light and satisfying midday meal.
The atmosphere at Colomba Bakery is another key factor in its success. The interior is described as "clean" and "cozy," creating a pleasant environment that encourages customers to linger and relax. The staff behind the counter are noted for being "very nice," which contributes to the overall welcoming vibe of the place. This combination of a comfortable setting and friendly service is particularly appealing in a high-traffic area like Washington Square Park, where a peaceful and positive experience is highly valued. Colomba Bakery has successfully created a space that feels both professional and personal, a place where people can feel at home while enjoying some of the best coffee and pastries the area has to offer.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Very cozy coffee shop. We each got an oath milk draft latte and it was phenomenal. The croissants are super fresh and the panini had excellent ingredients and it was very fresh. A must if you are around Washington Square.
June 26 · Johnpaul CrocenziGreat location for the NYU students. They serve coffee from the beans roasted by Colombe. The two staff behind the counter were very nice. Overall, the place has a clean interior. The food is decent here. You can either get pastries for your coffee or have a small lunch like spinach pie.
January 31 · Libinski 0GNice, regular place for pastries and sandwiches. Limited space to sit. The staff was friendly!🥪I had the savory one with cheese, egg, and spinach in it, and I recommend this one a lot. There was a crispy layer on the top with soft bread at the bottom.Bomboloni was ok. The taste was a little bit dull but eatable.
January 30 · Julia HsiaGreat selection of pastries but the filter coffee wasn't it. One couch for comfortable seating.
March 15 · Gregor J. RothfussCute coffee shop/spot for tourists and locals as it’s sooo close to Washington square park. They have a good menu and a lot of innovative coffees .. I saw pistachio milk and extra virgin oil coffee .. good to dine in or take out (walk a block to park to enjoy the coffee). They have water and lots of tea also. I tried oat milk draft latte I would say solid 8/10.. definitely a Yay 👍from me
