we had a large bakery order placed and there was NO ONE in the bakery. not for like 5 minutes or they slipped out for a quick bathroom break. after about 5* minutes we sought out other team members who said they couldn't help us and evidently attempted to get someone who could. after about 20 min we finally found a manager who actually did help us by getting a worker to the bakery. she doesn't in the bakery department however and couldn't find our order. the manager had also gotten the warehouse manager for us. they looked for an additional 15-20 minutes and still couldn't find our order. warehouse manager eventually told us to take a bunch of cookies from the table which we did since it was evident that it was our only option. as we were in the checkout line someone came over to us and gave us our order. all in all it took 40 minutes to get what we needed when it should have only taken like 2-3 minmy friend's dad was so mad he was ready to punch someone*i called the bakery in an attempt to summon someone to help us after we had been waiting about 5 minutes, so the times mentioned are not estimations
