I am not afraid to gloat about how much I respect Tony Gemignani after trying that many of his establishments. I hope one day Tony Gemignani and I will become friends because I can tell this man is as close to a Pizza Saint as any Mortal Man can be. The fougasse-like rosemary and salt bread (I think they call it piadine) is really yummy (no heating necessary).Update: unchanged, all still delicious!
