### Features / Highlights
Don Pan International Bakery distinguishes itself through a fusion of traditional flavors, high-quality baking, and exceptional modern customer convenience in the competitive **Miami, FL** market.
Unparalleled Latin Culinary Diversity: The menu's sheer breadth is a major highlight, allowing customers to easily switch between Cuban, Venezuelan, and Colombian favorites. Whether one craves a **Pandebono** with a **Colada** or a **Cuban Sandwich** with a **Frescolita**, the fusion of regional specialties defines the "International" scope of the bakery.
High-Quality Baked Goods: Patrons consistently rave about the freshly baked items, noting that treats like the **Chocolate Croissants** are "flakey and warm" and "melt in your mouth." This dedication to classic baking techniques ensures that all bread, pastries, and desserts are of the highest standard.
Convenience-Focused Service Model: The bakery caters exceptionally well to the fast-paced **South Florida** lifestyle. The availability of **Drive-through** service, combined with multiple delivery and pickup options, makes it a top choice for a quick, high-quality meal on the go. This focus on convenience extends to accepting all major forms of **digital and card payments**.
The Coffee and Atmosphere: The bakery is noted for serving "Strong coffee...done right," including all the essential Latin coffee types like **Cortadito** and **Cafe Con Leche**. This, paired with a "bright environment" and good music, makes for an uplifting and pleasant atmosphere for morning or midday visits.
Note on Quality and Service Consistency: While highly rated overall, as with any busy, high-volume operation, customers should be aware that occasional inconsistencies can occur, particularly with delivered items. One review noted a challenging experience with an undercooked product ordered via delivery and the inconvenience of being asked to return the item to the store for a refund. Regular patrons confirm the food is generally excellent, but this serves as a factual note on handling unexpected issues.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I always buy there, even if it is far away. That's why I was surprised when today when I ordered a pair through Ubereats, for a meeting with work friends, I received it raw. I tried to ask for a refund through Ubereats but they told me I didn't qualify. I called the restaurant hoping for a better response, considering I'm a regular customer, but the response was "bring the bread to the restaurant." It doesn't seem fair to me to have to travel so far for bread that should have been delivered in good condition, you don't pay for raw bread. I work all day and that's why I ordered it by another means, to enjoy with company, obviously we started eating it and when we were halfway through, we realized that the consistency and flavor were not what we expected. We hope we don't get sick to our stomach.
June 11 · Miross ZamoraWe came here 2 days in a row for the chocolate croissants! Flakey and warm, they melt in your mouth. Strong coffee too, I had a vanilla latte. Coffee done right! Friendly staff, bright environment. Love the music 🎶
May 14 · Stefaney Stigginsworst experience ever, cashier was very rude and she didn’t even know what she was doing. She didn’t know how to split the bill and was having an attitude the whole time, she said they had no sauce when they clearly had, supervisor came and provided the sauce later on, took them about 30min to just charge me, not to mention that the food wasn’t it.
August 03 · Leonardo Perez RiveroI called two hours ahead IN SPANISH, to order a cake that read “Feliz Cumpleaños Mami” and even spelled it for her in SPANISH. I get there to pick up the cake that i PAID FOR ON THE PHONE, and the cake says “Happy birthday Mami” . Im sorry but my family don’t speak english, only spanish and my mom’s birthday is very special to us. So i told the manager in the navy shirt that the cake was wrong and her excuse was “Oh i don’t know we just changed shifts so i don’t know who did that” . I said okay but i specifically asked for it to be in spanish. Her excuse this time ? “Oh but it’s the same thing, she’ll understand” Like what!?! No. I paid and called ahead of time for something to be made a specific way. Not my fault whoever took my order didn’t pay attention to what I was telling her in SPANISH. That i am FLUENT in. After going back and forth, I had tell them “idk if you have to clean it off and do the white again and then fix the black text because I need it to be what i ordered”. Then she finally went to get another cake with an attitude and upset face when THIS WAS ON THEM NOT ME. And to top it off… then she wasn’t even carefully putting the cake in the box and gave it to me like this…I only come here because my mother is picky and only likes THIS SPECIFIC cake every year. But the customer service here is absurd.
May 04 · Nataly ArguetaWe went for the first time because a friend highly recommended them. When we get there, they have a great variety, and we don't know some of the items they have. The server wasn't in the mood to answer our questions. She gave us a menu per question. Lunch was good. We wanted to bring home some of the pastries, but we bought what we recognized, and we know we missed some of the things we wanted to try because of her mean attitude. They have a lot of daily clients, which is good. And with those, she had a better approach than how she behaved towards us. She was rude, non approachable. Nasty attitude.
