★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Typical Don Pan. Large eating area. Venezuelan pastries aplenty. The arepas were o.k. Not great. And the croquettes were a bit over fried.
June 01 · Roberto VizconPlace is very nice, is a mix of colombian and Venezuelan bakery. The costumer service is great ladies are very attentive and super nice. Bread is delicious, and cafe con leche was great.
December 27 · Alexander RiosDisappointed, I bought a chicken Caesar wrap that was half full of just soft bread, it barely had any chicken, they gave me a soggy bread wrap, the pieces of bread where huge and not even croutons, I also had to see how many other customers who got there after me left with their food as I was just waiting there for a while, the service has just ok, nothing really bad to say about it but the food was a disaster compared to to other don pan locations I’ve been to
June 10 · Hex Exe (Hexs)Horrible customer service. I’ve been here multiple times since they opened and it’s always some nonsense. This time, I ordered curbside and when I called, as requested on my receipt, they literally just awkwardly said, “No.” and hung up when I asked them what they meant by that. They didn’t seem to realize despite me saying I was there for a curbside order that I was RIGHT OUTSIDE and walked in.Both ladies behind the counter acted clueless, but yet were able to produce my order immediately after showing it to them and they asked for my name. After all that, my order is oddly wrong - I ordered my eggs over medium, and got this weird chopped/scrambled version? It obviously would be a mistake to go back in to have it “fixed” without more issues, so I’m finally leaving a review instead. I find it hard to find almost any Don Pan with good customer service, and luckily, they are not really a necessary option in a whole city of other Latin food choices. 🤷🏻♀️And - if you just don’t happen to take curbside orders, fix your ordering system. Customers shouldn’t be hung up on, especially when I’ve paid in full prior and am picking up my food on time in a VERY slow restaurant.
May 29 · O.M. L.This is a quaint Latin American style bakery, although I couldn't tell which particular country, so I believe it's a fusion. They serve baked goods, breakfast, protein bowls, soup, and other items. Their baked goods appear to be made daily. The staff is polite and attentive. The environment is clean, and parking is very easy to find because it is located in a plaza with a large parking lot.I'm just not impressed with the food here. It's fine. Just not particularly great. On my most recent visit, I ordered an arepa reina pepiada and a colada. I placed my order at the counter and was given a number to have it delivered to me by a staff member. While I enjoyed the freshly baked arepa, the reina pepiada was not as flavorful as I had hoped. The colada was also not as strong as I was used to. There are certainly better Latin American bakery and restaurant options.
