★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My daughter sold the cookie dough for a fundraiser. It came with no cooking directions nor a list of ingredients or even a company label. When I asked for a list of ingredient they told me it was a family recipe and they wouldn't share. After several messages they final told me it was a normal chocolate chip recipe. My coworkers bought some dough off my daughter. I had a batch of cookie dough that just tasted gritty and when I baked them they were flat and greasy. They told me they would replace it when they came back from vacation, I wanted 20days and finally contacted them and they told me they were stop selling cookie dough you can bake. So they offered me my money back when I said that would be fine they stopped talking with me and never sent me a refund. I would never recommend this company plus how they conduct there customer complaints are un professional.

August 29 · Heidi FahlerVery unprofessional and not sure if its truly legitimate!I ordered cookie dough online on Dec 12 and received a confirmation that my order was received. Later the same day, I received 2 more emails, one stating that my order was shipped and will arrive in 5 - 7 business days and a second email saying because of the high order volume, it will be 1 - 2 weeks. Immediately I sent an email stating that if my order wasn't shipped and won't arrive in 5 - 7 business days, I needed to cancel because I wouldn't be home. I also asked for a tracking number. I received an email stating my order has indeed been shipped and will arrive in 5 - 7 business days, but no tracking number. After 7 business days, I sent another email asking where my package was and a tracking number. I received an email saying my package was shipped and it will be here in the next day or two, but still no tracking number. After waiting 3 more days, (this is now 9 business days and 13 regular days), I sent an email asking for a refund. This was his response: "We already sent the order, you are screwing my business my now wanting the money back after i made your cookie dough and shipped it.". As of today, 21 days later, I have never received my cookie dough unless it came while I was not home. I have neighbors that checked on my house and they didn't see anything. Keep in mind, this is perishable and can't believe it was going to be cold after this entire time. Thankfully, i disputed it on my credit card and received a credit from my credit card company. Be wary of this new online company.
