Want Bagels with NO Cream Cheese despite you PAYING for it???? Then this is the Einstein Bagels location for you!! Ordered 4 Bagels today and ALL 4 were wrong.2 were plain with butter and had cream cheese, and the other 2 were this dry.How are we as customers supposed to trust you to get our orders right when this is what is being given to us.Why is there more cream cheese on a bagel that didn't even order cream cheese than the ones that actually were supposed to have it.Nor will they answer their phone to fix their mistake. Just AVOID this location if you can.

Einstein Bros is very consistent from store to store. The Bagels are fantastic. I ordered the Farmhouse which I highly recommend. The store was very clean but to be fair I went as soon as they opened. Obviously at that time there is no wait. They 3 staff I encountered were all very friendly. I picked up the order to go. Only 4 stars because there were no napkins in the bag. I know that's trivial and I could have checked, but if you are picking up order to go I expect napkins in the bag. I would recommend Einstein though.

Ordered some breakfast for the family hanging out at the hospital nearby. Still had to wait to pick it up. Bagels were all fresh and ok, although rather flat like they had been squished in packing. Got a bacon egg and cheese on French toast, which is something I normally get at the shop near my house. It was ok, but nothing spectacular.

I order online from this place, and the last few times have been drastically worse. The time before last they forgot my entire bagel, and this last time they forgot my muffin. I didn't even get out the door before checking my order and found no muffin. I went back to the order pick-up spot, waiting for someone to assist, and the girl that asked how she could help.. when I said my muffin wasn't in the bag, she immediately got indignant, "what muffin?!" The one I ordered.. that's not in the bag? It's on my receipt, I'm not asking for something I shouldn't have actually gotten. I just want what I ordered, and to be met with aggression, I wanted schmear on my bagel, not all that attitude.

The service here is usually horrible but I still come because the food is good. Today my 2 all nighters were poorly made and the short woman in the front knew I wanted extra chipotle mayo on the side I come here quite often and get the same exact thing but after the man put extra chipotle mayo on it & she said told him it was fine even tho she knew I wanted it on the side. I won’t be back
