Situated conveniently on the campus of Loras College, the atmosphere here is often described as welcoming and efficient, though it can get quite busy, especially during peak morning hours around 7:30 AM, as noted by local users. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This is on a college campus and was pretty busy. The people behind the counter were efficient. The food was good. Because this is on a college campus, I couldn't use my Einstein gift card. That's the only reason I went there. They don't take coupons either. They only accept Loras College gift cards. It doesn't make sense to use everything else of Einstein's but not their currency. It's a shame it's the only Einstein franchise in Dubuque.
January 08 · K WoodWe ordered and got our food promptly, and then I had to wait over 15 minutes for my northern light latte and had to actually remind them for it. Coffee is boiling but the food was lukewarm, so obviously cold by the time I got my coffee. I dont know how scheduling works or if someone called in, but you definitely need more than 2 people around 730 AM because I am sure I got forgotten due to the lines. Maybe I'll try the one in CR as I dont visit Dubuque often, but I get more food on my bagel and quicker service at Breuggers for less money. Spent over 20 bucks for 2 bacon, egg, and cheese bagels, an OJ, and the coffee. Leaves a little to be desired. 🤷♀️
April 05 · Cady CumminsThe coffee was so HOT air really burned my mouth. There was no juice. The answer given to me was I don’t know. I did finally get some. But was almost ready to leave when I finally got a blueberry muffin that I ordered. I asked if there were knives. No we are out. So I asked. Could you cut the bagel. Just not good service. And many people working. But seemed low on supplies.
November 13 · Shelly McCoyThey have excellent food and a wonderful atmosphere. The employees are very polite and friendly. I love going down there to get coffee and a bagel when I am doing some computer work.
October 27 · Conor KellyWaited behind 2 cars for 15 minutes this morning. Paid almost $20 for a breakfast sandwich, a bagel and cream cheese, chai tea and a cappuccino. Then when rushing to work realized the cappuccino was just coffee. Will not go back.
