I wanted this experience to be great. Customer service was awesome, but the bagel, not so much. I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel, toasted with butter and jam. Simple, right! I received a very lightly toasted bagel with butter in one side and a VERY thin layer of jam on the other. The bagel was not warm enough to melt the butter, remember I asked for it toasted. I thought they skimped on the jam because it was some quality high-end product. But instead, it was your standard hotel packets of jam.With the amount of money I paid for butter and jam, this was a sad experience. I had to ask for a refund (I never do this), i think I could get better quality from a bag of store bought value bagels.Note: I've ordered this same product from other einstein bagel locations and the quality was much better.

I went in today before a Doctors appointment and was hungry, the young man at the register was very nice gave me options and advice. I went with the turkey sandwich and it was delicious. I stopped on the way out to thank the staff who were making the food, even though they were busy the young man took the time to let me thank him and tell him how good the sandwich was I ended leaving there with a big smile on my face and leaving them with a smile on theirs. Great experience all around

We visit this site at least 3 times weekly. The staff is great, no matter who is working. If not busy they will bring our food to our table outside, offer water for our dog, and always great us warmly and genuinely. This is our favorite latte and snack location. We love the Farmhouse. Keep up the great work and keep this location please.

A regular stop for me and they always do things right. Team is friendly and fast with orders and the food is fresh and delicious. Recommendation for corporate idea would be expansion of coffee options to compete or beat competition. Gluten free options would be a plus too.
