Ordered a plain latte and she made me something completely different and then acted like it was the cashier's fault right to his face when it clearly said latte on the screen. When she made it it was so incredibly strong I ended up just throwing it away and then I got a bacon egg and cheese bagel and there is literally a half a strip of bacon on it. The kid working at the register was very nice and polite but other than him the whole experience was a waste of time and money.

Morning, this was one of my favorite places to go have coffee ☕️ in the morning and now it is the least place I want to go. Their is never coffee in the morning and have to wait for them to make it. Verydirty place, the people here don't want to be there, very lazy, the coffee pots dirty the counter tables dirty.Hope this changes 🙏 soon.

This is what they call an egg and cheese sandwich… it tastes so bad and dry, all I taste is a dry bagel, the egg is so thin and barely any cheese! Do yourself a favor and just go eat at dunkin bc the fake egg in dunkin tastes way better.

The breakfast sandwich looks amazing but only in photos. I was very disappointed they served it cold with 2 fried eggs still cold from the freezer, the avocado paste same thing. Nothing hot melting or fresh. Frankly, it was Horrible!.Sorry!Never again

Ordered a sandwich and lemonade for pickup and this place was awful. The one employee was having a conversation on an earpiece and not paying attention as a line of people was forming. My ordered was ready but surprise - the turkey, avocado and bacon sandwich had no turkey. And the lemonade had no ice. The order would have been given to me without chips too had another worker check the bag and added it. Go somewhere else.
