We were really excited to go have lunch there, but that quickly turned to disappointment. Once we were inside, we realized there was no place to sit and eat and we had to take our food to go. So, after it took nearly 20 minutes to make 4 sandwiches, we left and went back home to eat them. I would have thought with all of the time it took to make the food, that it would have been made well, but when we got home and sat down, they all looked pretty pathetic and lacking. I also asked for no onion on one sandwich and it came with onion, but no cucumber and the smallest amount a cream cheese and avocado I have seen on a bagel. I took it back, the girls at the front offered to have it remade. Still took the guy forever to get this one made too. The only input from the manager was yelling “Sorry!” from his chair at the very back of the kitchen. Overall, very disappointed and don’t plan to be back anytime soon.

So if you want a Tasted bagel they're not going to toast it, they're just going to hand it to you raw with a cup of cream cheese on it. The only reason I'm giving two stars for service is because one lady was very nice but the lady who was actually taking my order acted as if she hated my guts. Won't be returning to this location again. I'll go to the colleyville one with the drive-thru and the Toasted bagels minus the attitude.

Leona and Analena and the rest of the team were incredible and patient. We had 8 of us in rush hour morning and they were so kind and patient with us even with a huge order. Also Kennedy made the best coffee I’ve ever had. Way to go team.
