By far one of the worst experiences with poor management of Chastin. I’m pretty sure he will take this review and share with all the team with condescending feedback like he did people resumes. He shared resumes with the staff making fun of each one. The lobby looked horrible unkept. Our onion bagel was burnt and scoffed at re making it. Then I was going to take this to manager not review but he sat there in the dirty lobby and blew me off.This needs a correct from the top down. Won’t come back…Update I'm not changing review and poor way of handling the review with the same cookie-cutter cutter response. Do better

Everything about our experience was bad. We walked in behind one other customer, and we were the only people in the store. The cashier began helping the people who came in before us, while the other worker ignored us. We were not greeted whatsoever. We waited nearly 10 minutes to order, when we walked up to the cashier only then did the other worker acknowledge us and ask what our order was.Every single table was dirty, and once we were given our order the three workers just turned around talking and on their cell phones. No one could be bothered to go and clean a table. I also used the bathroom which was just as unclean.Besides the bad service and the uncleanliness, they did not have the bagel we wanted. I understand sometimes stock runs out. The more concerning issue with the food was the egg was green.This is not the first time I have had a bad experience at this location. I would rather drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the Provo location before coming here again, even tho it is less than a minute away from my house.

I am not one for giving a bad review but I had to say something. I placed a pickup catering order yesterday for the next day. I arrive to pick up in the time window and they said they had forgot to make it. Actually said, oh I forgot about that. I ended up waiting for it to be made and because of that, was late to my meeting with the leadership team. On top of that the Bagels were all cut super wonky. They weren't in half, some of the bottoms would be attached to the top or super thin on one side. They still taste great but the service could be improved.

Great experience. We arrived at closing time on Thursday to place an order for Saturday pickup. Rather than turn us away, Chastin invited us in to take our order. He was extraordinarily helpful with bagel and cream cheese flavor recommendations, and he bent over backwards to make sure our Saturday pickup order of bagels would still be fresh on Sunday.

Messed up my order. I specifically asked for an everything bagel with plain cream cheese and salmon and toasted. Bagel isn’t even toasted and didn’t get my cream cheese.I tried calling the store regarding my order and to try to get a refund but no one picked up. This is the worst Einstein’s location I’ve visited. I want a full refund.
