Pros - all staff members are extremely nice. It's always clean inside. They are fast at getting orders out whether your order through the app or just drop by on a whim. Their food is delicious & they are always generous in their filling. It's also nice to have outdoor seating.Cons - we've been here quite a few times recently, just the other week I started using the app (which is easy), but they seem to be out of a variety of bagels at times. Twice the country gravy bagel, one time I asked what did they have as substitute & was told just plain. In these instances, it wasn't even close their hour of closing. Limited space, two of the tables are wobbley.We'll still be back, but hope they can keep bagels better stocked.

I loyal costumer from this franchise and subsidiary like noa’s bagels and I loved when I found this place close to my workplace, but is low on bagels, the workers started arguing about something on front of me and when I looked at her stopped, the bagel I ordered was the same as the noa’s bagel but this was cold everything except the eggs looks like the put everything from the cold line to the bagel and don’t warm it enough so by the time I get the eggs was little warm to cold, I think with better management or new employees can change that I will try it again at different time and day

The weekend crew is so sweet! The manager is always helping which is something you usually don’t see in fast food restaurants the whole vibe there is amazing definitely recommend this location!

Waited over 30 mins for 2 bacon avocado egg white sandwiches when i finally got them my coffee was already cold and had NO BACON in either sandwich dafuq, when asked for them to remake the order because everything was cold by the time I returned the manager first sent a junior employee who said they would fix the order the manager then can over and said she wouldn't fix it and insisted on just refunding one of the sandwiches which I threw away. This generation has no clue about customer service anymore. She would rather send a customer away hungry smh. If I could give a negative star rating I would. Btw if you go the manager is the short red head older lady with an attitude.
