I love Einstein. This place is just starting out. No matter if you order ahead or show up early, the store always seems understaffed and your order will take a good 10-15 minutes when you arrive.

Older lady that works there is a miserable human being. I've been to that location on multiple occasions and every time she has an attitude. She slams stuff. She is rude to her own staff. Poor girl at the register was asking her questions on her first day and she ignored her and made a face. The young man working at the time is very nice and he helped the cashier. If you don't want to be there then you should make everyone's day better and leave. Food is good but I won't go to that location again.

I had higher hopes for this place. The color of the cream cheese was just off. Maybe it was the day, but they have very different flavored veggies cream cheese and the strawberry cream cheese also tastes off as well. Einstein bagels is one of my favorite places but next time, I will go to a different location.

Lexi was absolutely amazing—she made the best coffee I've ever tasted and truly enhanced my visit. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail made all the difference. I highly recommend this location, especially if you’re lucky enough to be served by Lexi!

Came in just before close on accident (really tried to get there earlier!) and their service was absolutely amazing. The food was fresh and amazing. The coffee was hot and ready and the employees there were kind and quick and seemed unbothered even though they were probably minutes from closing for the day.10/10 recommend, I'll be back ASAP! So yummy!!!
