Used to be my favorite spot to get breakfast on the weekend, I got Einstein's at least once a week for the past 2 years. Lately been very disappointed. The past 3 times I've gone (I always do a mobile pick up order) they have COMPLETELY screwed up my sandwich. I am a vegetarian and always get the Garden Avocado, the past 3 times they have given me a bacon sandwich... that doesn't even have Avocado on it so idk how they could possibly mistaken that. I thought 1 time was a fluke, okay it happens. The next 2 after that is just ridiculous. That's on me though for not checking my sandwich before I leave the store, but i feel i should be able to assume I got the right sandwich I ordered.Very disappointed.

I had a great experience coming here! I really like the cinnamon sugar bagel whoever is making these bagels is doing a great job. I also really like the person who helped me today her name was Jasmine she was super sweet! Overall loved my experience 10/10 😊

Don't get out here as much as I should but whenever I do, have always had great customer service, awesome fresh bagel sandwiches and coffee.Venue is always kept super clean, extensive menu with reasonable prices and still continue to come back during these difficult times.I'm fortunate to still be employed full time and am able to support my family as well as ailing businesses such as these guys.As long as EBB keeps serving up their famous bagels & coffee with great service, I'll continue to show my support.

Just not a authentic bagel shop experience 😕 Store is not clean employees not wearing hair nets either. The last couple of times I have come in the atmosphere is not very appealing. Bring back a good kosher style experience (which this location has zero) Provide seating(not just chairs against the window) The food is just not appealing!!!
