I love a good bagel and these hit the spot everything, sweet or savory!The staff is so nice, especially in the morning. Orders go swiftly and I never had to wait long.I really like their boxes. A perfect breakfast to share at work or at home with the family.You have to check them out!

Delicious bagels and oh lordy, you have to get the Cinnamon Roll! It will make your day. Their cold brew coffee is actually quite good. Got a breakfast bagel sandwich as well, and it was well made with a lot of fixings. Recommend for the bagels alone if you're into bread. If you're not, then try to go anyway because carbs are life! They have a clean restroom, utensils and condiments to go, and tables right outside the store. There used to be a gym next door and we now know who won that battle.

I was so excited to try out this place. I placed an online order for the Nova Lox but they got the order wrong. I had ordered an onion bun not a sesame bun and they forgot to include my bag of chips.When I was waiting for my order the young cashier girl seemed to have attitude with customers and doesn't seem to have much experience in customer service. Hoping my experience will be better next time.

I order a tasty turkey and al nighter, when I get home I notice that was no turkey on my bagel only tomato,letucce and cucumber,not fair for a $12 bagel,never go back again

I was so disappointed I went in and no one was at the Cash register so I said hurray. Until I waited almost 5 minutes to get helped by a rude young girl. I wanted the $9.99 bagel special. After getting them I said I wanted to pay with my rewards she said no it's only if I order online. I said your online isn't working she said yes it is. I did try it but it doesn't let you checkout. She said I needed to pay $9.99 at this point I paid because I promised the bagels to our group. I still have $10 reward I can't use because you CANT ORDER ONLINE it won't let your proceed. Plus I didn't realize they cook the eggs than put them on a counter they don't clean each time they use. So there is cheese and meat and whatever on that white counter and I never saw them clean after every use. Beware if Alea she's rude and they need someone to be more customer friendly.
