This ok with yall? Only writing cause this is now my 3rd bad experience. First 2 times they forgot to put shmear tub in my bag at all. Second time it happened I called the store to inquire about it and they basically told me to just order it from DoorDash if I didn’t want to come back. So your suggestion is for me to buy it again AND pay delivery fees? Interesting

Good food terrible service.its 10:52 am and they are out of coffee; both decaf and regular. So I tried the dark roast and it tasted horrible. So end up waiting for them to brew more. I just feel that a bagel and coffee cafe running out of coffee is the equivalent of going to Dennys and they ran out of eggs. Unbelievable!!!

I got the new Texas brisket bagel sandwich for breakfast and it is so awesome. I got that on a everything bagel versus the jalapeño and cheddar bagel. It comes on and you guys just bagel is so amazingly good. It reminded me of an upgraded steak egg and cheese bagel from McDonald’s

Food is very good. I love their pastries and bagels. Four choices of coffee. I usually cater with them but this time I had my order for dine in. Store needs a good refresh. Several ceiling tiles very damaged and some facilities issues around the building. Service is fine and I would love to give 5 stars but my dine in experience could be greater if they take care of this cosmetic issues. I believe owner or company fault, nothing crew team can do.Hopefully they can remodel soon, investment that we as customers would like to see.

We spent less than $60 for 12 bagels, two tubs of cream cheese, some coffee, and the roast beef sandwich.* The hours of operation: Einsteins is open from 6am to 10pm, seven days a week.* The availability of parking: There is plenty of parking available in the parking lot, but one space was feeling a little bit tight.* The cleanliness of the restaurant: The restaurant was clean and well-maintained.* Any special features or events that the restaurant offers: Einsteins offers a variety of breakfast and lunch specials, as well as catering services.I also wanted to add that we went earlier on a weekday, and there was a line, but the staff processed everyone quickly and proficiently. Everyone seemed to be smiling and happy, even though they were working.
