It's easy to get there, and there's plenty of parking.The menu is easy to read, but not all the bagels have pictures.Ordering was a breeze.____The everything bagel with cream cheese was great (9/10)! The hash browns were awful (2/10), and their new Country Gravy Egg bagel was okay (5/10).____The wait was crazy long – don't go for breakfast! Seriously, 30 minutes and they forgot our drinks and the dog's bagel!

Excellent service! The employees are always attentive and charismatic. The food never disappoints, it’s always amazing (this time was Turkey and cheddar with avocado on wheat). Also, a new and exciting surprise this visit, they now have seating. Love this location!

Alright, so first, the staff have hella attitude. This is the 6th time Ive come here and they are always out of the bagels I want. Ive been here early and they dont have much, Ive been here later, and they dont have much. And they should use utensils when grabbing the egg,bacon, ingredients. They use the same dirty gloves for it all. Cross contamination. And to add to this. They gave me the wrong bagel. I ordered an avocado veg out, not the garden avocado egg.

Bagels are good and the boss lady and one of the employees really put their effort to complete the orders fast... unfortunately there are a couple other workers who take their sweet time doing anything and slow the pace down for the team and one of them was even skipping orders to complete newer ones. I can understand waiting 10 maybe 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. But waiting 50 minutes! That is completely unacceptable. I saw them completing every other order after mine was supposed to be done and even skipped my mobile order to complete 3 other newer mobile orders... jeez. Order name was under Erick.

This place needs to just start over... rehire everyone and restart or else this place won't last.I don't usually leave reviews like this, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt the need to speak up. My wife, our baby, and I stopped by Einstein Bros. Bagels hoping for a quick breakfast. While waiting, I noticed an employee wearing gloves while working the register -- handling cash and touching surfaces -- then immediately turning around to prepare food without changing gloves.That's a serious food safety concern. We were going to share the food with our baby, and seeing that made us very uncomfortable.We asked for a refund, and the person who came to help us simply said, "We don't do refunds." No apology, no concern, no attempt to make things right -- just a flat-out refusal.We left without eating but we demanded our money back. The situation could have been handled so much better -- even a basic apology and a little effort to understand our concern would've gone a long way. I really hope this location takes hygiene and customer service more seriously moving forward.
