Usually love getting breakfast here but was disappointed today. We ordered online and got vanilla cold brews and as we were picking up we were told they made us caramel iced lattes instead bc they were out of vanilla. Our bagels were also cold and seemed like they were sitting out for hours. We placed the order and were there within 10 mins to pick it up. The online eta says 10-15 mins so you’d expect it to be hot and fresh. It seemed like we got thin bagels and the absolute minimum fillings and a single swipe of cream cheese. Photos of what we ordered and what we got. Couldn’t find a customer service email to reach out to to find a resolution.

My family and I frequented this Einstein Bros. location during our recent stay in Seattle, WA.In less than a week's time, we went stopped by for delicious Bagel sandwiches 🥯 & fresh Bagels 3 times!! The staff was respectful and attentive to our needs, and the food was ready - fast!! The Turkey Avocado 🥑 (Hold the bacon), was my personal favorite!! Highly recommended!!

Service was fast and friendly. The flavors of the breakfast sandwich where okay. I got a oktoberfest with two eggs and it was alright if after a quick breakfast. Small but hit the spot. If your looking for an affordable breakfast that’s a quick stop this is a good place for that.I did not try the coffee.

2 plain bagels and 1 coffee for $9, it’s definitely not worth it at all. If you wanted even butter on a bagel, it’s additional few dollars. We might as well have gone to a grocery store nearby and gotten a bag of bagels for the same quality and cheaper price. Online prices didn’t apply for in-store and the online purchase didn’t allow me to use a non-US credit card because it required a zip code. 2 plain bagels took at least 5 minutes to prepare and they even forgot the coffee cup until we asked for it. Hot coffee is self serve so it shouldn’t have taken so long. Just wanted a simple breakfast, got served disappointment and frustration instead.

Service was fast and friendly. The flavors of the breakfast sandwich where nothing special. I got a doggy bagel that was rock hard, but my picky dog didn’t seem to mind. If your looking for an affordable breakfast that’s a quick stop this is a good place for that.
