This establishment defines itself solely as a **Bagel shop**, signalling a strong commitment to its core product: **hand-rolled bagels**. El Bagel focuses on delivering a premium experience built around expertly crafted dough, high-end fillings, and a rapid, efficient service model.
The menu confirms this premium approach, with prices reflecting the quality of the ingredients and the prime location on the Strip. Main items, such as the **Bagel Sandwiches** and specialty hand-rolled options, are priced between **$14.00** and **$18.00**. This pricing structure places El Bagel in the gourmet category, aiming to provide a superior taste experience that justifies the cost. Indeed, customer reviews strongly validate this value proposition, with one patron describing the **Sausage egg and cheese on a sesame seed bagel** as **"one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had on the strip,"** confirming it is **"definitely worth every penny."**

This ensures a superior texture and flavor profile, which is the foundation of the shop’s highly-rated sandwiches. The simplest option, the **Bagel & Cream Cheese ($7.00)**, is a testament to the quality of the base product.
**Highly Praised Signature Sandwich:** The single most important highlight is the customer-confirmed excellence of the **Sausage egg and cheese on a sesame seed bagel**, declared to be **"one of the best breakfast sandwiches"** available on the Strip and **"worth every penny."** This specific feedback confirms the high value and quality of their premium bagel creations.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I had the worst breakfast sandwich here - “The Standard.” The brioche was dried out and the eggs were nearly hard boiled. This made it very difficult to eat (so dry all around). I ended throwing away the bread and trying to just the inside (and threw away about a third of that as well). The cheese tasted like store bought processed American cheese that comes individually wrapped. My family got bagel sandwiches - they were good but not great. I wouldn’t go here again.
May 26 · Kristina PandozziTheir Sausage egg and cheese on a sesame seed bagel is one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had on the strip. Definitely worth every pennyTheir potato pancakes are also a must try.Great service beautiful resort
September 22 · azteck4lifeCame here because it was the only one opened early beside the cafe. My kids were hungry so they inhaled the BLT- not the usual one. It was a lot of roughly chopped bacon with lettuce and arugula, pickled mustard seeds and tomato paste. Bagels have a great crust that won’t break your teeth and airy/light.Matzo ball soup was great!Price is not cheapest.
February 17 · Yoko WidyaHow do you have ONLY 2 customers and STILL get the order wrong??? I came to El bagel 🥯 right before closing at around 12:55pm super excited about having their bagels (having read so many positive reviews). I built my own bagel, with egg, tomato and lettuce, vegan cream cheese and requested it being burnt. What did I get??? A generic egg sando bagel, not burnt.Although Carmen was indeed really nice and helpful, this was just a disappointing experience, as I paid for something I didn’t get.
March 23 · DebbieReally not a formal sit-down restaurant more eat to go.Food Prices are very typical for the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas.I've added a picture of the menu.Again the bagels are pricey but they are very good and they have no cups for just water. You have to buy a bottle of water for $7 but again that's typical for Vegas now.
