★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Been following on Facebook for awhile and finally happened to be in town to try and definitely didn’t disappoint. Not cheap but so worth it. One of the best bacon maple donuts I’ve ever had.
August 28 · Jason PatrickMy wife and I have been to Five Daughters Bakery a few times and we have NEVER been disappointed. My favorite? The King Kong. It is nothing short of delicious. And, yes, that’s bacon. 🤤If you have never had a hundred layer cronut, you are simply missing out.
June 21 · Calico JackGreat doughnuts! Truly buttery, sweet, and delicious. The breakfast biscuits were AMAZING! If you haven’t tried them yet, you are missing out. And our service was too notch. A kind employee who was willing to answer all our questions. Don’t sleep on this place! A+
February 06 · Arwen JonesVery good and filling doughnuts. On the higher end, but I will definitely stop again. I had one Maple Glaze and one Triple Raspberry.
May 23 · Jeff DanevichFive Daughters Bakery is located in the Fountains between Just Love Coffee & The Soda Bar. I always love a good pastry so thought I would give them a try. The place is bright and the “menu” are the pastries available behind the acrylic with the name and price. Most of the large size pastries are $4.75 to $5.45 and the mini’s are $2.75 each. I enjoyed the story behind the company and there are five daughters behind the concept, the pastries are made in Franklin and distributed to the various stores, and they hope to have breakfast sandwiches in the future.I selected a Quinn (hundred layer dough layered with sugar and coarse sea salt), Quinnamon Maple (a cinnamon bun with maple frosting), Mini Purist, and a Mini Cinnamon Sugar Toast. I waited until I got home to sample them and here are my thoughts:Quinn: Not a fan…more salt than anything. I tried it at room temperature and then heated via my Air Fryer…did not care for it in either form.Quinnamon Maple: At room temperature was just OK, heated in the Air Fryer tasted more like a cinnamon bun with maple icing.Mini Purist: The cake part is good, the glaze was way too sweet for me.Mini Cinnamon Sugar Toast: My favorite overall…I could eat a dozen of these…but not at $2.75 each!Overall…these were good but for me there are better pastry and donut options available in Murfreesboro, especially for the price.
