★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’m so glad we stopped here while we were in the international district. We only got two malasadas, as we had lunch right before. If we are nearby again, I will definitely stop by so I can try some of their savory pastries. Both of them were so good, my favorite was the ube, but we also got a strawberry which was delicious too! As the other reviews mention, it is window service only so you cannot go inside.
June 16 · avaI special ordered a cheesecake and cat macarons for a 16th birthday party I threw for my cat, Lucifer. Everything was perfectly done and so delicious! The cat macarons had different expressions on them, which my guests adored. The order was also completed on time and I picked it up without any issue. Thank you so much! I will definitely order from here again for future events.
July 29 · Erica AbsetzGreat place to get Japanese milk bread (shokupan) - $4 for half a loaf. Excited to come back to try the curry buns. No indoor seating at this location.
August 29 · Andrea SandersYou don’t come here for the atmosphere. After all, it’s a hole in the wall—almost literally. This corner store has all of its freshly baked pastries in the window. No need for a menu; just point. Their crunchy, cream-filled malasada donut is my favorite, with the beef curry bun coming in close second. Don’t leave without also ordering a matcha to pair with your goodies. Easily one of the best matcha lattes in the city. They also sell Shokupan milk bread for sale upon request. You can thank me later.
January 06 · Richie D.Delicious pastries and cake! The Japanese strawberry shortcake is one of the best cakes I've taste. I also really enjoy their cheese danishes and cinnamon rolls and highly recommend any of their croissants, though I do prefer their almond croissants and apple pie croissants. Coffee is also really good!
