Just made a savory version of pain perdu with it, bread, egg, arugula, super thin sliced red onions, freshly grated pecorino romano. Jalapeño & cheddar is also so amazing! But even the plain sourdough only lasts two days around me. And these are big loaves. I’m going to try the pastries next! Thanks for your delicious baking!

I know it's also a preference thing, my husband prefers them as the come (not heated and no icing). We've been twice and will continue to visit. Next time, I'm getting some of their pizza dough to try as well.
