Maybe The Liberty bagel set a very high standard for me.When I saw the long line, just as long as the one outside Liberty Bagel, I thought I could get the same experience: a well-cooked, split bagel with plain cream in the middle. I was wrong. They only picked up a bagel and gave me the cream separately in a small plastic cup. Maybe this is normal in Seattle?The taste wasn't that bad, and the bagel wasn't warm.And I would expect it to be toasted before serving. I paid a similar price for the Liberty bagel I had in New York with a very different, unfinished product.They are well-located, and the interior isn't bad actually, but there's no seating, so if you buy something, pick it up and leave. There are many seating options outside in the shopping center, so you can probably sit outside.

Thankfully, it was only about 10 minutes, so we got our bagel pretty soonI got the Sea Salt Bagel, with plain cream cheese.I love the way that the bagels are given here. There's no toasting, and no sandwiches. It's just a single bagel, which you rip apart and dip into the cream cheese mini-tub, which isn't the most portable eating experience but it's pretty funIt obviously makes things easier when ripping the bagels apart is as satisfying as it is here. I don't think I've had bagels this fluffy before - they're incredibly soft on the inside. It practically feels like you're going through clouds once you get through the crispy exterior on the outside - which is also very nice. The dough on the inside feels present and a little dense, but biting through is immensely easyThe one thing I'll say is the Sea Salt bagel probably wouldn't be my choice of flavor if I were to go again. I tried some of the everything and garlic bagels, and they had more flavor to them rather than just saltyLastly, the cream cheese was exceptional. Obviously, you come here for the bagels, but don't sleep on how good this is - it was creamy, dense, had a slight sour flavor, and matched as the absolute perfect complement to the bagelOverall, this is a really fantastic spot that's one of, if not the, best bagel in the city. Is it worth the line? I would say yes, for the first time. I don't know if I would wait in a super long line to come back here, but if it ever doesn't look too bad - I'd be jumping at the chance. 9/10

The everything bagel stood out it was packed with flavor and generously topped. The sizes are huge too! Easily some of the best bagels in town. Highly recommend!

The everything bagel is excellent crisp without needing it to be toasted. $3 is too expensive for a burnt garlic bagel though.Interesting enough the chocolate chip cookie is amazing. Maybe the best I have ever had with sea salt and brown butter carmelization most similar to kenjis chocolate chip cookie recipe
