★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1First time here. The guy working was SO nice and so helpful! He let us try one of the cookies we weren’t sure about.Definitely would come back!
September 26 · Annisa RamosMari was perfect whenever i came in to Hotbox. Great customer service & very friendly. This was my first time at this location & it won’t be the last!
May 12 · Meaghan MooreI hate to leave this review because I really like hot box cookies, but I came on Sunday, August 10 and the worker was very rude. It was 7:30pm They do not close until 10pm she then proceeded to tell me that she didn’t have any cookies at 7:30. I find this unacceptable especially if you are running a cookie business that you have no cookies😡 She had the audacity to go off on customers that kept coming in because the doors were open, But what do you expect you have the open sign still up? Why get mad at the customers! Probably won’t be back to this location. It was very rude and the experience was horrible.🥹 on top of that, she proceeded to sell cookies to other customers, but we were refused! Absolutely unacceptable😡
August 10 · Tonya SamuelsVery disappointed. Coming from Collinsville IL, to drive 35/40 mins for cookies. i spend big money here every week. This new year alone i spent around $300 on cookies never had an issue until today. I buy cookies they told me they only 1 day old but “still fresh” so i get home the cookies are solid rock hard had been sitting longer than a day. I have a video as well of how hard these cookies sound. i called the manager today she tells me they cant be replace and there is no discount. she was very rude didnt apologize actually they avoid calls i called 3x today they kept lying saying manager is busy or in the bathroom. she finally gets on the phone she tells me that her "so called boss" told her not to replace anything. This location soooo unprofessional and rude i will NEVER spend another dime and whoever is over hotbox should be disappointed in the people they hire they are rude and never seem to apologize after these cookies are sooo hard they are breaking into pieces this place should burn down im extremely upset with all the money i spent and you treat me like this when i spend my hard earned money with you. absolutely embarrassing.
January 29 · Gabrielle CooleyWould have given 5 stars but the person behind thr counter....eh....customer service was not that great. I couldn't understand her, she seemed aggravated that we were there and wanted to place an order. However - the cookies were perfect. We had a variety - turtle (my favorite) reeses, chocolate chip, oatmeal raisen. Soft and warm and a great treat.Only recommendation- I got 6 cookies and she squished them into a box that was not made for 6 cookies. So that was disappointing. Squished cookies. Ugh.
