Excellent place for all bakery products. This always a queue, soliciting the lovely Brazil. I loved the big Sangki bread and the Banana Bread. The hummus and yoghurt dip, what's awesome? It's her secret recipe for over the years. I heard conversations where the third generation had come to buy from the bakery. It is an excellent place to have your morning breakfast and start the day with an excellent taste combined with health. Reasonable prices great value for money - Dr.Mohina S Kulkarni

House Of Bread Introduce

For residents across the vast Southern California region, the search for truly authentic, high-quality, and all-natural baked goods often leads to one unassuming but profoundly beloved location in West Los Angeles: House Of Bread. This small, women-owned bakery on Westwood Boulevard has built a dedicated following and an impressive reputation, not just as a local gem but as a must-visit destination for bread enthusiasts across the city. House Of Bread is much more than a typical bakery; it's a specialty establishment committed to traditional, scratch-baked methods, crafting every loaf and pastry with the same care and high-quality ingredients that recall the comforting flavors of home.

The core philosophy of House Of Bread revolves around health, flavor, and tradition. They are renowned for utilizing all-natural ingredients, avoiding unnecessary additives like extra wheat gluten, and often sourcing sustainably grown wheat flour. This dedication results in loaves that are not only delicious but also more nutritious. The offerings beautifully blend artisan baking techniques, often featuring sourdough starters, with specialties from Persian baking traditions, most notably their famous Sangak flatbread. The bakery operates primarily as a takeout, in-store shopping, and pickup spot, reflecting its focus on providing the freshest product for customers to take home. Recognized as a small business that proudly identifies as women-owned, and a welcoming, safe space for the LGBTQ+ community, House Of Bread is a business with both culinary excellence and strong community values at its heart.
