February 11 · Carlos Montoya Jr.Not a place that I would find myself returning to. Simply because their cakes were not flattering whatsoever and I have tried them for the Holidays, Birthdays.. still, just really off. Nutella cake was gross and powdery, cheesecake made me cringe with disgust. The one that bothered me the most was the Tres Leches for my Birthday. It was so dry! It looked beautiful from the outside, until you take a bite to find that it’s so far from your expectations in the suckiest way possible. Time to take my business elsewhere. These ladies have a lot to work on.
December 07 · Arianna RodriguezNot a bad place to grab a quick freshly baked snack in the Bronx. The staff there are also great at what they do. I was there last time for croissant with tea and it tasted great as always. The line might get long there real fast and you might have to wait outside in the cold... other than that, I alway enjoy my freshly baked snack from Jacqueline's Bakery.
February 21 · Dapo IbrahimTVBad service, bad empanadas. The 3 leche used to be good, and know it's more expensive and a very low quality.
May 10 · Felix SierraIf you're ordering an already made pastry/cake then you're in luck. However, when it comes to custom cakes you won't get the same perfection. I order twice for a birthday. The first cake "vanilla " was okay but this year I ordered a red velvet for a birthday and it was TERRIBLE. I was embarrassed as my guest tried to eat it without making faces. The cake tasted stale. Idk if it was TOO MUCH food coloring etc. It was vanilla icing inside instead of cream cheese. The cake design didn't meet my expectations so I ordered a floral cake topper from Amazon and ask the lady at the bakery to add gold pearls. I threw the cake away... The next day friends said I should call and get my money back. I contact the store. The woman was being dismissive. A waste of $70 but hopefully my review will help them correct their mistakes.
