Features / Highlights
What truly sets Keksi Cookie Company apart in the competitive Texas bakery market is not just their quality, but their unique business model and product integrity. Their offerings are deliberately curated, focusing on maintaining freshness, offering variety, and providing exceptional value.
The menu selection is dynamic yet reliable. Customers can always count on their “core” cookies—staple flavors that remain on the menu year-round, ensuring that family favorites like the Chocolate Chip are perpetually available. Adding excitement, the menu also rotates as the seasons change, introducing new and innovative flavors that keep the offerings fresh and exciting for return customers. This balance of the reliable and the novel keeps Texans anticipating their next visit.
A particularly unique feature is the availability of “misfit” cookies in 12-pack boxes. These are delicious cookies that might not have met the company's rigorous cosmetic standards—perhaps they didn't bake perfectly evenly or the toppings weren't quite right—but are still perfectly delicious. This offers customers a fantastic value, allowing them to purchase a dozen cookies at a lower price, often getting a delightful mix of flavors, including some out-of-season items. Patrons can even list items they don’t want or can’t have, such as a request for “no nuts.”
The commitment to quality also extends to post-purchase care. The cookies are made fresh and designed for longevity. The company recommends heating them for the best experience, suggesting the oven at 350 degrees for about ten minutes, which ensures the entire massive cookie is perfectly softened. Furthermore, they can be stored in the refrigerator or even put in the freezer for up to three months, though loyal customers joke that they eat them too quickly for storage to ever be an issue!

What is Worth Choosing
Choosing Keksi Cookie Company means opting for a local business that excels on every single metric: flavor, value, ingredients, and community spirit. The overwhelming consensus from customers is that these cookies are not just good; they are life-changing—earning the moniker “cookie crack” for their addictive quality. This high praise underscores the fact that the initial investment, which some might pause at, is instantly validated by the size and quality of the final product. The massive cookies offer substantial value, ensuring that every bite is satisfying and justifies the cost.
The bakery’s commitment to using all-natural ingredients separates it from most competitors, offering a dessert that patrons can feel slightly better about indulging in. This focus on purity, using ingredients that customers can actually pronounce, resonates deeply with health-conscious Texans who still want to enjoy a decadent treat. The freshness is guaranteed, as every cookie is made to order or baked that day, and the recommended heating instructions help customers replicate that perfect cookie experience at home, ensuring that the entire cookie is soft and warm.
Finally, and perhaps most importantly to the local Texas community, Keksi Cookie Company demonstrates a sincere commitment to giving back. One reviewer specifically noted choosing to order again because of the bakery’s generous donation to disaster relief in Texas. This willingness to step up to help when the community is in need makes supporting this women-owned business even more special. When you buy from Keksi, you are not just getting a fantastic cookie; you are contributing to a business that actively invests in the welfare of the Lone Star State. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We have ordered Keksi Cookies several times as gifts as well as just for us. We have never been disappointed. All of the flavors are amazing. The family favorite by far is the Chocolate Chip. I tried the Summer Berry Pie for the first time and couldn't get enough! It was absolutely packed with berries. Delicious! I chose to order again now because of the donation to disaster relief in Texas. Keksi Cookies are fantastic on their own, but knowing that the company is willing to step up to help like this makes them even more special.I've also included this picture of our cat (Her name is Cupcake, funnily enough.) just for Pat. I know how much he likes animal videos! : D
July 09 · Ann KreegerIf you want cookies go to the store. If you want heaven in your mouth, you need to order yourself some KEKSI COOKIES!!! I cannot say enough great things about this company! Talk about addicted? This is cookie crack! I was told about these and was thinking they were just like all other cookies and put off ordering for a couple weeks because of the price. Finally I gave in and I see the price is well worth it for these massive cookies! I can’t even begin to describe the amazing flavors of each and every single cookie! I seriously eat one a day now!!!They are made fresh and only have a few, all natural ingredients in each one. Not like store bought with tons of preservatives and ingredients that you can’t even pronounce. They can be put in your freezer for up to 3 months unless you are like me and just keep them in your refrigerator and eat them too fast to worry! Lol They recommend heating them in the microwave or in your oven on 350 degrees. I recommend the oven for about 10 minutes for the perfect cookie. That’s here in NC for me so that the entire cookie has had enough time to get soft. Times may be different depending on your preference. As the seasons change, so do some of their cookies on the menu. They have some cookies called “core” cookies that stay on the menu though. Sometimes they also have “misfit” cookies in 12 pack boxes available that are cookies that just didn’t make the cut. They may be something that didn’t bake evenly or maybe the toppings didn’t look right. For whatever reason they aren’t perfect cookies, but are still delicious! When they have a sell on these “misfit” cookies you can get a dozen of those for way cheaper, but you can’t pick what you get. They randomly give you whatever is available. It may be all one flavor or a mix of everything including out of season cookies. They do have the option for you to list items you don’t want or can’t have like for me I put “no nuts”.I really hope that like me, you buy cookies from this amazing company and share them with your friends to let others know how amazing they are!!! This is the best secret I can pass along! Thank you Keksi for my nightly treats!Chris
March 03 · Christopher ParkerI recently ordered from Keksi Cookie Company and tried the Misfit Mystery Box along with a selection of their specialty cookies. The variety and quality were excellent! The Caramel Macadamia and Hawaiian Pineapple Coconut were standouts, packed with flavor and unique combinations that you don’t find at most bakeries. The Coffee Cake had the perfect balance of sweetness and spice, while the Peanut Butter was rich, classic, and indulgent. The Summer Berry Pie was a refreshing surprise with a nice tartness, and the Snickerdoodle delivered that comforting cinnamon-sugar flavor I was hoping for. I also enjoyed the Sugar Lemon, which had just the right touch of citrusy brightness. What I really appreciate is that every cookie tasted fresh, soft, and generously portioned. The Misfit Mystery Box was a fun way to try different flavors, and it felt like a great value for the variety I received.Overall, I’m impressed with Keksi Cookie Company. Their cookies are not only delicious but also creative, and I’ll definitely be ordering again to try even more flavors. Highly recommend!
August 17 · Justin WMy dear friend Cheryl sent me 6 Sugar Lemon cookies last week from Kelsi Cookie Company. I was very impressed with the beautiful box, inside packaging and of course the surprise of 6 cookies. They were not only delicious but huge and fresh. I’ve checked out the website and plan to order a couple others to try out. I definitely them the a 10/10! Enjoy! 😊
January 14 · Tammy GlentzWell I must say an unexpected culinary delight in Valencia was Keksi Cookies. Had a sweet tooth after my fight and they were right behind my hotel. I got a pistachio cookie as well as a chocolate chip. They both were out of this world but the pistachio was maybe the best cookie I’ve ever ate. Because of a holiday and my crazy schedule they were not open when I went for the next 2 day but believe me I tried. When i finally made it back during business hours I was greeted by the owners. I must say they were two of the most lovely women I met in all of Valencia during my stay. They were kind and engaging and very proud of their work, as they should be. With as many options there are here for sweets you might overlook them but, anyone that skips the opportunity to savor this delectable treat is missing out on maybe the greatest cookies in the world. Thank you Keksi cookies for being one of the best memories I will hold on to from Valencia.
