Delicious food at this place! Stopped in for breakfast and was definitely called and tempted by the big donut display. Prices are a little bit high, but everything I had was so delicious I would argue it’s well worth the price. Seems like it would be a good place to work from.

I went in for what I hoped would be a nice treat for my birthday lunch. I was excited to order a pastry but the guys behind the counter were less enthused. "This is what we have....." yeah, ok, but WHAT ARE THEY? Sorry, maybe I need a new glasses prescription, but could you maybe describe what I'm looking at? Or at least give it a name? I decided on some to-go cookies because I did not have to study to order them. They were the highlight of the visit.I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and an iced tea. The sandwich was $20! It was quite large and very messy, so I only ate one half of it, taking the other home for another meal. I would have been happier to be able to order a half sandwich. The iced tea was ok - but nothing special. It was a mediocre meal at best and the experience with the staff as well as the prices were just major let downs.I was a fan of Atwater's at this location, and was very sad to see them go. When I heard it was due to a rent hike, and they were to be replaced by (yet another) Atlas.... oh, excuse me... Atlas-Adjacent.... business I was not happy about it. After trying it out, I won't be back. Its still worth it to me to drive a few miles out of my way to go to Atwater's at Belvedere square."Atlas-Adjacent" means the business is owned by Smith family members - but not technically part of the Atlas group. Their "Family Values" seem intact, however.

This may be my new favorite spot! I love the ambiance and esthetic of the place. The display looked great, and the food looked even better. I ordered the BLT and the half Greek Quinoa salad with no peppers or onions. Both were very delicious. The BLT came with sourdough bread, which I love. When I can, I plan to go back and get some pastries and try more menu items. I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

This is our first time coming to this new location - we love the original. There was a lot of the same stuff we love on this menu and the service was really fast, especially considering we came in on a Saturday morning. There's not a ton of seating, so plan for that. Everything we had was amazing.

I waited for my 3rd visit to write a review, because I did not want to be impulsive. The place looks clean, and probably this is its best feature. The food is severely below average, the croissants are always old (maybe they are the leftovers of their main shop downtown?) and the espresso was undrinkable (although my wife said that her banana cappuccino was good). Having had bad experience with the viennoiserie I ordered a basque cheescake, which was straight from the freezer. There is an abundance of workers (7 behind the counter) considering the place was almost empty, and still somehow the payment process was slow and 3 of the only 4 patrons in the shops were in line to pay. Also, they were pretty short and dry in their answers, looking pretty miserable.The prices are crazily high for the quality: 1 mini basque cheescake, 1 donut, 1 espresso, 1 cappuccino = $30!!!Kneads - Strike 3: Out!
