Went in around 10am 08/18/2025 for specialty doughnuts. They were out for the day. Understandable and not the issue. The manager was VERY rude and curt. He was busy opening a package that was just delivered, barely answered me; didn’t even bother to look up while he was speaking to me. I asked another question and he flat out ignored me. Even another customer that was grabbing a seat was looking on in disbelief. I was going to make another purchase but I immediately left. In a leadership role; you should be setting the tone for the rest of the staff. Very unprofessional and lacking in customer service.

Was disappointed they didn't have any mini donuts or dot donuts available (was there at 3p). But regular Glaze donuts still yummy as usual. Ate one before I even left parking lot!

I purchased from the drive-through at the Manassas Virginia location. They are on Liberia Avenue. I ordered two glazed donuts and one chocolate glaze plain doughnut. One glaze was OK was from today. However, the other glaze and the chocolate were at least a day old. The lady conveniently did not give me a receipt so makes me wonder if she went overpriced me because it was over six dollars for three donuts Which seems really high so now I’ve wasted my money on donuts. I can’t eat. I will not be returning to this place ever again, I never had an issue with Krispy Kreme until today. Very disappointing!

They should have a better training if they are displaying this kind of presentation , the donut area not even close to the image on the board ! And the manager said they only were instructed to do 2 batches of green donuts for two days and this is the only location in all NORTH OF VIRGINIA,
