Stopped here before headed home. Plenty of parking in the lot. This location has a drive-through. The staff were friendly and helpful. Clean inside with plenty of seating. Donuts were great. We got there a little late so not much of a variety.

🌈☘️ Celebrating St. Patrick’s Day and A’s on report cards at Krispy Kreme! The staff was so kind and patient with the kids. Fresh donuts were constantly being restocked with so many delicious options to choose from.

DOESNT DESERVE A 1 STAR. It was 9am I pulled up to the drive thru where there were cones sitting. So I decided to walk in as if I didn't see the person ahead of me going thru the drive thru. By the time I parked the previous customer was in and out with no purchase. I'm thinking they must have not of had what he wanted..... But nooooooo that wasn't it I go open the door then I opened the second vestibule door to look at a line up of delicious freshly made donuts. I'm looking for someone to take my order. A females voice shouts "were closed" as the entire staff is sitting down laughing in the dine area . So MGMT .. GM someone please explain why would the doors be open for the public to walk in if the location wasnt open. Why are the hours posted. When it's not being followed. CLOSE THIS LOCATION DOWN AND FIRE THE ENTIRE STAFF(5-6 employees). Every single person. That is exactly why Dunkin will always beat KK. Specialty donuts for a limited time can't help you....It's all about the service. Do not waste your time with this facility.

Went at 6am on 7/1/25, and got 3 dozen doughnuts and look how old these doughnuts looks. These are wilted and the glaze is gone. This is not what a fresh doughnut should look like. I would expect at 6am to get the freshes doughnuts but not from this location. Horrible!!!

I was having an office party and we needed some doughnuts. I have always loved this place so I came here and got 4 dozen doughnuts for the office. I got a box of strawberry frosted for myself because they r damn delicious! I got to the office and rode the awkward elevator with sue and mark and we looked at our boots the whole way up to the 12th floor and didn’t say anything it was so awkward! I put the doughnuts down in the break room and all the office drones swarmed and took the doughnuts and we chatted around the water cooler. I talked to Betty and Paul and Allison about the weather and how their family was doing. Betty said her husband beat her with a belt last night and she had welts on her back. Paul said his husband was great in bed last night and Allison said her husband slashed her tires on her car as a prank. The awkward office water cooler never fails to be a boring mundane everyday office chat experience. The doughnuts were amazing and were a huge hit in the office party! We all went back to our cubicles and contemplated our life choice of being an office drone. This place has some of the best doughnuts and we will definitely be returning!!! Our manager Sharon is extremely rude and ignorant if ur reading this we r located in 1800 concord pike Wilmington de 4th floor and Sharon is being rude to us plz save our poor souls !!
