I went through the drive through and the staff member who took my order was a bit rude, was being short with me, and seemed annoyed like he didn’t want to be there. To make matters worse, the donuts I received looked like he put his finger into them and did not taste fresh at all…. please see photos.

The store is clean, the staff is friendly but their online orders are crap! I ordered the Harry Potter dozen with the sorting hat this morning online. I do not live near the store so I traveled to get these and ordered online to make sure they were available since they sell out quickly.I get home and open the box and the doughnuts look like crap! The decoration is all over the place and some of the doughnuts were smashed. The sorting hat filling was PINK! Not even close to any of the house colors. It was literally gender reveal PINK!Will not be ordering again

This location consistently under performs... Out of popular products well before close on multiple occasions. Poor customer facing employee attitude worn on faces and sleeves. Great Product, however why should anyone continue to spend anything here or on this brand when they cannot effectively manage operations to execute. Sadly, I see bankruptcy in their future.

As advertised the donuts were fantastic! Though the smell of the place wasn’t my favorite and the rest of the restaurant was very dirty and not picked up at all with lots of boxes and trash all over. Good place for a quick snack and have FRESH donuts!

My daughter in law ordered the Barbie dozen for my granddaughters birthday we drove 2 hours and the donuts weren't in a barbie box they did put them into one afterward then the donuts were a joke not like the picture at all.My son said the ones in case looked better than ours.Dont advertise Barbie donuts if you can't have them look like the picture. Not worth 20.00.Very upsetting.The one Pic is the way they advertised vs what we got.
