Almost as though our car recognized the Krispy Kreme Hot Now sign like on autopilot. Great glazed donuts and glazed with chocolate icing & sprinkles. Downside: No treats for dogs.

Worst customer experience. Walked in the lobby at 1 PM on a Sunday and was told the lobby was closed. Got in and went through the drive-through. They only had a very limited selection. Bought some donuts and went up to the drive-through and was handed the box. I got a dozen glazed and two additional donuts and was only given one box. Was told the other two donuts were set on top of the dozen glazed. I’ll never go back.

The donuts here are incomparable. The dough is perfectly chewy & they are just sweet enough without being too sweet. However, I would like a little bit more filling in the filled. Also, I have never been there at a time when they are making them so I can get them hot.

Came to get donuts. They had a very small variety of donuts. The girl with the purple box braids and clear glasses was playing around with the male that had the orange bonnet on. She grabbed the mop with the same hand she grabbed our donuts with. My husband and I asked her nicely if she could change her gloves and get us new donuts. She became argumentative and aggressive and began telling the other guys and they proceeded to do something to our donuts as we watched.

Donuts were cold/hard like they have been sitting out all night. Which is weird because we went through the drive thru around 10am. Also they were out of mostly everything which again is weird because it was around 10am ! Only had hot coffee; we asked and paid for medium but they gave us a small and when we said something she said it was a medium but when we looked up the sizes of your coffee it was a small. I know the prices aren’t up to the staff but when you pay so much for so little you expect hot/warm donuts especially when you’re getting them from the source and not Kroger and also better customer service!
