Um yeah..got my donuts this morning and started doing some work and was like oh oh, haha..best donuts in my area. Service was impeccable as always. The lemon filled and creme filled are really good, but they keep raising the price!!!!

First I called for help and whomever she was spoke fast to where I couldn't understand her or her name and she did not have any answers to questions that I had.Also I have to wait to see if I can get back into my account by email and no way of knowing how long GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AWESOME? and by the WAY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST ALL ONE WEBSITE TO ANOTHER and your employees are Rude.

I pulled up to order in the Drive-Thru. After a few minutes wait I was told that I was going to have to wait longer. While I was waiting five cars pulled in behind me. I was then told to pull up to the window. Then the lady taking the orders started taking the orders of the cars behind me. She finally opened the window and asked what I wanted. I asked if there was any hot original glazed donuts. She said the sign was on so yes so I ordered a half a dozen. I then asked again to make sure they were hot. A younger woman joined her at the window and took my payment. I then asked her to make sure my Donuts were hot. She returned with my order and gave me a closed box of what she assured me was hot donuts. I opened them a few minutes later at a light to grab what I hoped was a Hot Donut. But what I found was six day-old dried out trash.
