Went to this Krispy Kreme for the first time for my birthday. The young lady that took my order was very Nice and Attentive. My donuts was nice and warm just the way I like it. Let's just say the 12 I brought didn't make it to the next day. And the other young lady that assisted with putting my order together did a good job as well.

This donut place is a real gem! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with friendly smiles and surprisingly fast service. I was in and out with a delicious dozen in no time. The donuts themselves were fresh and tasty – exactly what you want in a donut. My only slight issue was the parking situation; it was a bit tight and crowded. However, the quality of the donuts and the wonderful service definitely make it worth circling the block a few times. I'll definitely be back for more!

I love Krispy Kream I always go to the location more south but found this one and their closer. Came to this one today 6pm and they practically had no donuts. There was 2 customer in front of me when I took picture. At my turn there were practically none. Store closes at 11pm. I drove 1 hour to be extremely disappointed and disappointed my daughter's.Ps. They had tons of donuts 🍩 out back but guy said their not allowed to get them because their for tomorrow not today.So yes I will never return to this location

I usually don’t have the best experience at the Krispy Kreme in Deerfield, but today completely changed my mind thanks to Rachelle, the manager. She mentioned she normally works at the Fort Lauderdale location, and I could immediately tell the difference in customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure we had a great visit.Rachelle offered us another dozen donuts for only $2 and even gave the kids extra Harry Potter donuts, which absolutely made their day. I told her this was the best customer service we’d received all day. I’m so glad we decided to give this location another chance, especially after stopping by Dunkin earlier where the donuts looked dried out.Thank you so much, Rachelle, for turning our experience around. You made us happy to come back, and I’ll definitely be recommending this location now because of you!

I’m not the type of person to even leave a bad review, is just not me. But i have to do it for this one time. The fact i pulled up to the drive through speaker and was trying to be quick with my order and this girl wants to make it longer than what it is. Starting off, she never greeted me i had to say “hello” couple times. Then she just says “yes hello” like if I’m making a phone call with her? Wth. Then i tell her ok im getting 2 dozens. From there she just completely stays quiet, yet i hear the mic turning on as i hear the background noises so clearly she was ignoring me. As im there a good minute keep saying hello as again shes ignoring me i pulled off to go just order at the window, shes not at the window so i pulled to the front and i see her getting out the bathroom and we clearly saw eachother from the glass as she sees me and im seeing her. So i go back to the speaker and im like “hello” shes like “uhh yesss im trying to figure out your order and we’re closing already. “ yet is 10:38pm. Saturday Sept 27,25. I left because im pregnant and i definitely was not going to let this individual stress me out over me just wanting to order and clearly shes miserable with her job. Girl leave your job if youre that miserable clearly. I seen im not even the only one with this type of complaint and krispy kreme just responds as if is an AI like how unprofessional this company is. Everything is on camera i please for management to take a look at all this. Someone gots to go. Not being racist as im not but it was someone with colored skin, couldnt get her name as she kept ignoring me but clearly if management is trying to figure it out, you will figure it out.
