★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Disappointing Experience, Consistent Disrespect, and Poor QualityI've given this business multiple chances, but each visit left me more uncomfortable than the last. What stood out most was the drastic difference in how I was treated compared to other customers specifically Hispanic customers. I watched the owner engage them warmly and hold long, cheerful conversations, even after their orders were complete. Meanwhile, I was left standing, often ignored, as if my presence was inconvenient. What made matters worse was when I found a hair in my cake. That was the final straw. Beyond that, the overall quality was poor the icing was hard, the fruit was clearly old, and it was obvious these ingredients had been sitting out far longer than they should have. This isn’t just about a bad dessert it’s about how people are treated. It’s disheartening that in 2025, Black customers still have to tolerate this kind of cold, dismissive service. I’m not expecting fake cheerfulness, but common courtesy shouldn’t be too much to ask. Her demeanor toward me felt reluctant and unpleasant every single time, in stark contrast to the warmth shown to others. This pattern wasn't imagined it was consistent.I initially chose this place for convenience, but I’d rather travel farther for respect and basic human decency. I’m not trying to generalize an entire group, but this isn't the first time I've experienced this type of treatment from someone in the Hispanic community, and it's extremely discouraging.I hope this feedback encourages some reflection. Everyone deserves to be treated with fairness and dignity especially in a business setting.
June 22 · WonderingIF YOU ARE A BLACK PERSON — DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE.The short, heavy-set woman behind the counter is blatantly racist. Every time I go there and ask for a slice of dulce de leche cake, she always hits me with the same tired excuse: “We don’t have any.” But here’s the twist—I step outside, pay a Spanish person to go in and ask for the same thing, and magically, the cake appears.Let that sink in.She denies service to Black men with a smug little smirk, like she gets a kick out of it. And what they don’t realize is I speak fluent Spanish. So I catch every disrespectful word. I hear the tone switch when they’re serving their own. Sweet, friendly, accommodating. But when it’s us? You can feel the difference. The vibe is cold, dismissive, and judgmental before a word even leaves our mouths. This woman doesn’t even wait to hear the question before deciding the answer is no. That’s not customer service, that’s discrimination. And here’s the thing: she thinks she’s slick, but I’ve got the receipts. I have the evidence. It’s 2025 and we still have to deal with this kind of behavior? They should be ashamed. But don’t worry I’m not staying quiet. This is bigger than cake. This is about respect. And I refuse to be silent when racism is being served behind the counter.
April 23 · Envy locI ordered my mom a birthday cake with whipped cream inside and out went to pick up cake 5 min into me driving home the cake fell apart I had to get another cake no refund or anything was giving back $210 lost. I told the lady the crown was too heavy for the cake
March 25 · Karen JenkinsPastries are stale some got a sour bitter taste not sweet the way they should be I thought they be fresh i would not recommend breakfast sometimes the eggs are under cook you say something worker's get an attitude unpleasant sometime
April 03 · Jose Live love laughThe food is amazing, like always, but the ladies can be better when talking to people. They don't pay attention to who comes in first, so they never take the right people in order, which causes issues. The place is small but the food is the only thing good here. The prices are crazy high which is why I only come here once a month now, I used to come here once a week but they have been overcharging.
