★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Very authentic bakery and cafe. Three of us “gringos” went in for lunch and had a lot of questions. We spoke little Spanish and they spoke little English but we ended up just fine. Very friendly ladies work there. We ate in at 2 of the 4 2-tops they had. A steady stream of people coming in to purchase bakery items. For lunch two had pupusa’s (pork and chicken with beans and cheese) and another guy had a quesadilla they served with a subtly spicy avocado sauce. We shared so all could taste. Spanish bottled drinks. I tasted a warm (temp hot) corn drink that was also quite good. Then we bought bakery items to go. No clue what you call them but they’re great.
November 13 · David BruceGreat, authentic Spanish Café. The Pupusas are perfectly cooked and jam packed with loads of greasy meat & cheese, the best I’ve had so far. The Baleadas are pretty OK too. Pastries are excellent! But definitely the star of the show was this warm, thick, creamy, sweet corn drink 🌽 called “Elote”. Fair warning, None of this stuff is actually very healthy so you shouldn’t have too much of it. But I don’t think that matters much, I still highly recommend it! 👍
November 16 · Frank FilippelliI ordered the Pastelitos empanadas they came out PERFECT and i LOVED them. Definitely gotta come back. The good don't even stop there man! Literally when you walk in i kid you not you’re getting hugged by a warm smell of pastries and sweets. The employees are real nice and helpful if you need help with anything. HELLA GOOD 10/10Would post a picture but i ate it all for i could get out the parking lot. Junt was fye asl
December 30 · Don 615I have tried multiple times to place a to go order and they keep their lines busy. One day I got through at 6 and they said that on that day, the kitchen closes at 6. Couple days before I tried on a Friday and the line was busy, they finally picked up at 6:30 to inform me that the kitchen closes at 6:30. Today, I tried calling early at 5:15 and there lines have been "busy". Just say you dont take orders over the phone. I give up.
September 06 · Cindy CuevasThis is a salvadoreño restaurant, with a touch of Mexican added in.The pupusas were delicious. Especially being from the west coast. Think LA. And not expecting to find such deliciousness out here in Nashville. They also had sweet bread. And Hispanic snacks. All in all a good experience.Recommend.
