Le Macaron French pastries Introduce
Introduction / Overview
For Georgians looking to indulge in a slice of European culinary tradition without the passport, Le Macaron French Pastries offers an authentic and colorful escape right in the heart of Atlanta’s vibrant Atlantic Station. This boutique bakery, a woman-owned franchise, has made a name for itself by specializing in the delicate, iconic French macaron. The founders, Rosalie Guillem and her daughter, Audrey Saba, aimed to share the true French macaron experience with the American market, distinguishing their product from the often-confused coconut macaroon. They have succeeded in capturing the French spirit, making the macaron the centerpiece of their offerings. The philosophy is simple yet elegant: "First bite is a surprise. Second bite is the flavor. Third bite is the pleasure™."
Le Macaron French Pastries isn't just about the signature dessert; it offers a curated selection of other classic French treats and gourmet indulgences. It serves as a modern European-style café, making it a perfect spot for a quick, sweet visit. The selection is designed to appeal to a health-conscious consumer, with a focus on quality ingredients, no preservatives, and naturally gluten-free options like their renowned macarons, which clock in at about 80 calories each. While the store offers a 'little luxury' for an everyday treat, it is known to be a convenient and appealing destination for families and shoppers enjoying the Atlantic Station area. However, potential visitors should be aware that, as with any high-traffic, popular location, customer experiences can vary, and there have been previous reports concerning staff professionalism and clear pricing communication. For the best experience, a quick, planned visit for their signature items is highly recommended.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Tried to make a purchase but the man at the desk found it more appealing to mock my accent and be generally an unpleasant human being. You must know better than to make fun of someone for being different than you. I will be contacting your corporate office.
August 17 · Rob Hollandsmy daughter, niece, and nephew were so excited to get macarons after some fun play time at Atlantic Station today.the guy selling the macarons was extremely rude. he gave me so much attitude for simply asking for the price of the macarons. little did he know i was babysitting my niece and nephew so their parents wanted to know the cost. i wasn’t concerned about the price— it was the principle. customers—especially new customers should feel comfortable asking questions for the first time.instead of letting me know the price— he continued challenging me— a brand new customer by asking how much my handbag was— i guess that was his way of trying to guilt trip me for inquiring.i regret buying anything from this establishment because he NEVER shared the price. in fact, he told me it cost 1 million dollars. his exact words were “you’re in Atlantic station so you should know how much it’ll cost.”please save your time and your money. this guy has some deep rooted issues and takes them out on innocent customers for simply wanting to put a smile on kids’ faces.unfortunately, my daughter niece and nephew also a witnessed his rude and harsh behavior.we’ll continue visiting Atlantic Station but we will NOT be returning to Le Macaron French Pastries ever again.
