- Visited Let’s Bounce today a week after their grand opening. I am told the new establishment is under new ownership (formerly Keki’s) but the menu and items are familiar. I tried the former Keki’s years ago and thought it was decent but lacking/needing more cream cheese flavor. So for today’s “new” Let’s Bounce cheesecake I’m making the same verdict - lacking cream cheese flavor and stronger eggy flavor. I’m a fan of Uncle Tesu’s which is actually from Japan but unfortunately we don’t have a location here in the tristate area so I guess Let’s Bounce will have to do - once in a long while that is - mainly due to the price of $18 for a 6”.
