I’m updating this review in response to Montillios response. SEE BOTTOM. Hit or miss. I have been going there specifically for the “Jordan Marsh Blueberry Muffins” for about a year now. In the beginning they were awesome, now not so much. The original recipeFor blueberry muffins calls for mashed and whole blueberries, which they skip the mashed part. Over the past few months the muffins have gotten worse. They look like they are loaded with blueberries on the outside but when you cut it there are barely any on the inside. Very disappointing. And sometimes they are overcooked. I’ve also noticed that the baker on the weekend does a better job. Not as overcooked and more blueberries on the weekend. Consistently is the #1 thing that makes a food establishment successful. If you’re going to market them as Jordan Marsh muffins and At $4.50 per muffin I expect just that, the recipe to be followed with quality and consistency.RESPONSE: thank you for responding toMy review so quickly. My pics are absolutely the Jordan Marsh muffins. I ONLY buy the muffins from behind the counter. I ask for a Montillios box every time and purchase between 4-6, depending on the day.
