Great customer service.Every Bengal I have tried was great, full of flavor and with a large portion of the ingredients. I love them.Their coffee was great too.Come and enjoy breakfast or lunch.

This isn’t the first time they messed up my order and acted nonchalant about it happening, but this is the second time I’ve had to ask for a refund. They said some lady took my food but I assume it’s there responsibility to insure it gets to me. I don’t even like writing negative reviews but they seem like they don’t care at all. Not sure if it’s my appearance because when they mess up they look at me like oh well. I will never go back

The food was delicious and we ordered this for delivery. When it arrived, we thoroughly enjoyed it, however, when you think about a bagel, you immediately pair it with cream cheese. Our bagels had the slightest hint of cream cheese. My recommendation to this restaurant would be to add more cream cheese to the bagel because that is what we paid for. All bagel shops should be loading all of their damn bagels up with boat loads of cream cheese.
